This Privacy Policy explains how TopView for Entrepreneurship (trading as “Top View – Business Development”, “TopView”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit topvieweg.com or contact us about our services.   • Service providers who help us run our website and business, such as website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Meta, for Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads), spam filtering and email providers.   • Public authorities, courts or regulators, where we are required to do so by law

6. International transfers

  • Advertising cookies from LinkedIn (the LinkedIn Insight Tag), which tell us when someone who saw our LinkedIn ads visits our website, contacts us or sends the contact form, and let us show our ads to past visitors. LinkedIn processes this information under its own privacy policy.
  • Embedded Instagram posts on our home page. The images are loaded from Instagram (Meta) servers, which receive your IP address and browser details like any website you visit. Clicking a post opens it on Instagram, where Instagram’s own privacy policy applies.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

You can also control the ads you see from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Accounts Center > Ad preferences, the ads you see from Google at My Ad Center, and LinkedIn ads in your LinkedIn settings under Advertising data.
