The Discount Management System is an enterprise platform for managing discounts and promotions across multiple branches. It streamlines partnership agreements with external organisations and gives management real-time visibility of every discount operation, with all values tracked in Egyptian Pounds.

Control Dashboard

The central hub of the system: live statistics, interactive charts, and daily and monthly reports with export, updated instantly as operations happen.

Corporate Card Management

A complete table of discount cards showing number, type, value, usage limit, linked branches and status, with fast search and multi-criteria filtering. The platform can work with any type of card or code.

Complete Card Control

• Card balance with real-time tracking and alerts when thresholds are reached
• Operating period with specific dates or recurring schedules
• Usage limits per card on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
• Discount rate that can be adjusted for campaigns or business conditions
• Automatic balance renewal on a configurable schedule

Partner Entity Management

Manage contracts with external organisations, including contract numbers, responsible contacts, agreed discounts and linked branches, with per-partner statistics on operations, discount amounts and active cards.

Time-Based Restrictions

Budget caps per day, week or month, automatic reset schedules, real-time consumption tracking and usage limits per card, so discount spending always stays within plan.

Branch and User Management

Every branch is linked to its cards and partner entities. Role-based access gives each user exactly what they need:

• Administrator: full access to configuration, users, reports and analytics
• Branch user: operations and data for their own branch only
• Partner user: their own statistics and operations

Discount Records

A full audit log of every operation, searchable by card or order number and filterable by status, branch, card type and date range, with export for external analysis.
