Al Mohamady engaged TopView to supervise and advise on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as its ERP platform. Our role was to represent the client technically throughout the project, making sure the system delivered by the implementation partner matched the business requirements, agreed scope and timeline.

• Requirements and process review: mapping the company’s operations and turning them into clear, testable ERP requirements.
• Implementation supervision: following up on the implementation partner’s work against the agreed scope, milestones and budget.
• Technical representation: acting as the client’s technical voice in every discussion with the software vendor.
• Independent advisory: guidance on configuration, integrations and data decisions, based on business needs rather than vendor preference.
